Your responsibilities
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead e-commerce projects built on Shopware 6. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating the team’s work, and smooth communication with clients across different markets.
We are looking for someone who thrives in project work - able to drive topics independently, cares about the quality of delivered solutions, and likes to have a real impact on how the project is delivered rather than just guarding the backlog.
About the project
We deliver and develop e-commerce platforms built on Shopware 6. We work with a modern stack, build integrations with external systems, and take a pragmatic approach to development without unnecessary process.
Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading IT / e-commerce projects.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience working with development teams.
- Ability to manage scope, schedule, risk, and budget.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Openness to continuous improvement of the process and the team’s work.
- English at a minimum B2 level.
- Polish at a minimum B2 level.

- Knowledge of Shopware 6 or other e-commerce platforms
- Technical background (e.g. development experience)
- Certifications (e.g. PSM, PRINCE2)
